We collect information you provide directly, including your name or display name, email address, account type, location details you choose to share, adpost descriptions, categories, tags, prices, availability, contact preferences, uploaded media, messages, reports, and support requests. Some adpost information is public when you publish it, including the adpost title, description, category, approximate location, price range, media, and selected contact options.

We also collect technical and usage information needed to operate the service, such as authentication records, timestamps, device or browser information, security logs, page activity, adpost views, saves, replies, matches, moderation signals, and error data. When you use features that parse or improve adposts, we may process your adpost text with automated tools to identify intent, category, location, tags, language, concepts, moderation risk, and potential matches.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, publish and display adposts, match offers with demand, personalize location-based results, provide notifications, prevent spam or abuse, moderate content, secure the service, respond to requests, improve Adposty, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

For example, Adposty uses Firebase services for authentication, database, and storage. Information you choose to make public, such as public adposts and public profile details, may be viewed by other users and visitors. Please avoid posting sensitive personal information in public adpost fields.

You can update account details, adjust notification preferences, edit or delete your adposts, and choose which contact methods appear on your posts. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup retention needs. Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including operating Adposty, maintaining account records, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and meeting legal requirements.
